Real Estate Associate

The Denver, Colorado office of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices and 9 states plus Washington D.C. seeks an associate with 5-7 years of real estate and/or construction experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group. Desired transactional experience includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and construction contracting (AIA). Applicants must also have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $220,000?$235,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
