Greenberg Traurig?s Junior Associate - Real Estate (primary focus Leasing) & Corporate Law Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our Real Estate and Corporate practice groups at our New Jersey office is looking office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an associate a recent law school graduate or attorney with 2-5 1-3 years of experience to develop expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions leasing transactions and dispositions, corporate law matters while working alongside experienced partners and senior associates. Key Responsibilities Real Estate (primary focus Leasing) Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties Assist with lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and lease terminations Support landlord and tenant representation matters Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate finance, joint ventures transactions Review and development. Candidates analyze purchase and sale agreements Prepare closing documents and coordinate real estate closings Corporate Law Draft and review corporate formation documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements Assist with large firm experience preferred. In addition, candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting mergers and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility acquisitions, including due diligence, purchase agreements, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, closing documentation Prepare corporate governance documents and team-oriented board resolutions Support securities law compliance and private placement transactions Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, employment agreements, and non-disclosure agreements Assist with exceptional intrapersonal skills corporate restructuring and comfort dissolution matters Maintain corporate records and ensure regulatory compliance General Duties Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research platforms Prepare legal memoranda and client correspondence Attend client meetings, closings, and court proceedings as needed Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and support staff Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Participate in client-facing situations. Candidates must be admitted business development activities and client relationship building Qualifications Required J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar. The expected pay range for this position is: $175,000-$235,000 $175,000-$225,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
