Polsinelli is seeking an associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Los Angeles office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in broad transactional real estate experience. Candidates should have experience in the following areas: purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower-side financing experience. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally, they must have the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively and to cultivate meaningful client relationships.
