Job Description

Carlton Fields is growing its nationally-recognized commercial finance and investment team. Our team represents institutional lenders, investors and owners in transactions across the United States. We are seeking a recent law school graduate (sitting for the July 2025 Connecticut bar exam) or a first- to fourth-year associate with transactional experience having a strong interest in a national finance and investment practice. Experience working with loan, joint venture, and LLC documents is strongly preferred. Experience with commercial real estate is also strongly preferred as a substantial part of our transactions involve real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
