We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to assess the value of residential and commercial properties. The appraiser will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive, detailed reports that aid in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed property inspections and analyze location, condition, and comparable sales data.
• Compile well-researched, clear, and accurate appraisal reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends in the Long Island area.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure timely appraisal delivery

This position is Monday-Friday based out of our Garden City location.

Ensure you have reliable transportation for on-site visits and inspections around the greater Nassau & Suffolk area.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Certified Residential or General Real Estate Appraiser license in New York State.
• Proven experience in real estate appraisal, preferably in Long Island.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
