Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities and analyze market trends.
• Network with real estate professionals, owners, and investors to source potential deals.
• Evaluate property conditions, locations, and values, and conduct negotiations with sellers.
• Prepare comprehensive acquisition proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain database of property leads and track activity and transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Full-Time Commitment
• 1-2 years Sales experience
• Exceptional Phone Skills and customer Service Skills
• Detail-Oriented and Lead Nurturing Abilities
• Quick Thinker with Strong Negotiation Skills
• Preferred: Light Construction Knowledge and Real Estate Experience
• Location: Must live within 45 minutes of Salisbury, Maryland
• Comfortable with a fully commission-based structure free training is provided
