What You'll Do:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management programs.
• Support human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality and HR processes.
• Help coordinate training and development programs for our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and quality matters, fostering open communication.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in quality management, human resources, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Associate's degree or relevant coursework in healthcare administration or business is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
