Quality Inspector

Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Sterling Heights, MI (18 ? Mile Road)
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.
Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and physically capable Quality Inspector to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. This role involves visual inspection of automotive bumpers and requires a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough visual inspections of automotive bumpers for defects or quality issues.
• Handle and move large, heavy parts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in inspections.
• Follow all safety and quality standards during the inspection process.
• Communicate any quality concerns to the appropriate team members or supervisors.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.
• Frequent movement including bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be physically able to meet the demands of the job.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
