SUMMARYTo assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts. Performs measurement, calibration and validation tasks to support Quality, Engineering and Production metrology requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.

Oversees instrument calibration system, performs measurement, GR&R and related calibration tasks.

Monitors data using applicable software.

Program all PCDMIS/Hexagon machines

Program all OGP automated machines

Design, maintain and repair holding fixtures for all product measured on all programable machines

Maintain and program as needed all QA measurement systems as needed

Writes measurement routines as necessary.

Provides training, as needed.

Summarize measurement data into a report for shipments to customer

Participates in process validation activities

Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.

Perform defect analysis reporting.

Participate in CAC meetings ? support continuous improvement.

Perform line and product audits.

Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The pay range for this role is $61,700 - $98,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
