Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff focusing on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and best nursing practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess the standards of care provided by nursing staff.
• Identify educational needs through performance assessments and collaborate with nursing leadership to address these needs.
• Provide ongoing training and support to nursing staff to enhance their clinical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting nursing practice.
• Analyze data related to quality metrics and work with the quality assurance team to develop action plans for improvement.
• Create and maintain educational materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Stay current with healthcare regulations, best practices, and industry trends to ensure educational content is relevant and impactful.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active PA license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's degree in Nursing or Education is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a quality assurance or educator role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR certified.
• Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing.
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
• Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
