Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a broad suite of applications, including UI, batch, API, and data-centric systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance overall product performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute system, regression, and performance test plans and scripts.

Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.

Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

Create test cases and perform both manual and automated testing for various applications.

Design and implement performance load testing scenarios.

Lead data quality validation for ETL solutions, utilizing expert-level SQL skills.

Develop and maintain Quality Control standards and documentation templates.

Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium to streamline testing processes.

Test cloud-native applications, including AWS Lambdas, Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT.

Requirements

Requirements :

Proven work experience of 2-3 years in software quality assurance

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools -Python, Selenium

API Testing - REST/SOAP, Postman, Pycharm, Pytest

Knowledge of SQL and scripting

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

US Healthcare Data experience preferably in Value-Based Care and strong healthcare data background - clinical, claims, FHIR, HL7, X12, CCDA, etc.

Experience in reconciling the data from Source to Target.

Ability to validate data mappings - ETL Transformations, Business validation, and Aggregation/Analytical checks.

Experience with record in/record out validations.

Experience in MDM Testing.

Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
