Your Role:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIP/VOIP products.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
Document test results and provide feedback to improve product performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in QA processes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and quality initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

Basic understanding of SIP/VOIP technologies and protocols.
Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
