Your Role:- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIP/VOIP products.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
- Document test results and provide feedback to improve product performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in QA processes.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and quality initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SIP/VOIP technologies and protocols.
- Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
