Job Description

We are seeking a corporate associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience in capital markets and public company work.

Candidates should have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at-the-market offerings. Candidates should also have experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.

Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $235,000 ? $310,000, based on year classification.
