Starting Guaranteed Salary of $40,000 $60,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Requirements
- 5+ years of property management or related experience, single family background a plus
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus
