What You'll Do:

• Lead Improvements : Act as a technical resource for our operations team, spearheading efforts to improve processes and products.
• Drive Reliability & Sustainability : Ensure all equipmentnew and existingruns smoothly and sustainably.
• Project Leadership : Oversee CAPEX and expense projects as a project manager, from budgeting to implementation.
• Continuous Improvement : Apply Lean Manufacturing tools like MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) to support our manufacturing and maintenance teams.
• Problem-Solve : Troubleshoot technical issues, manage root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why), and implement preventive measures to keep operations moving forward.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background : A 4-year degree in engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Proven Experience : 7-10 years in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience leading major equipment projects, installations, and directing internal/external resources.
• Problem Solving Expertise : Skilled in root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5 Why) and implementing sustainable countermeasures.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and Access, with strong computer skills.
• Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skillsready to make impactful decisions daily.
