We are looking for a dynamic and tenured Project Manager with a strong background in Transportation Civil Engineering to join our tight-knit and hard working team in Newport Beach. This role involves leading a talented team of engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion, engaging directly with clients, managing budgets, and being highly involved in the field. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in transportation project management
• Professional Engineer license is highly preferred
• Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships
• Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and listening
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work a hybrid onsite work model

• Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 based on location, skills, experience, and performance
