Project Manager II

Position Type:?Contingent on Contract Award. Salary:?$85k-$145k (depending on experience)

The Project Manager II manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

• Support project planning and execution aligned with cost and schedule?objectives.
• Track project performance, risks, and issues.
• Assist?with reporting, PMRs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with program processes and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements Required:

• 5?7 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
