Project Finance (Digital Infrastructure) Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate with three to seven years of experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group in New York or Houston. Candidates will ideally have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse and structured financings in the infrastructure sector (particularly data centers, fiber and other digital assets); but candidates with project finance, leveraged finance or other types of finance experience are welcome to apply as well. The group's clients include major corporations, private equity and other institutional investors, banks and financial institutions.
Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
