BE Power Equipment is North America's fastest growing manufacturer of power equipment (pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps). We are a third-generation family-owned business that is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.
We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) offering 40 hours of work per week. We have opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shift.

Requirements
- Production Experience: Experience in a production, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environment is required and necessary.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience successfully leading people and teams.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Systems (SysPro is nice to have but not required).
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and has a passion for the manufacturing industry!
- Excellent communicator who is able to build rapport with others quickly.
- Motivated by KPI's and achieving targets.
- You have a passion for a Lean culture and enjoy driving Lean initiatives through the organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- While you might not love administration or documentation, you understand this is an important and necessary part of the job.
- You have and are able to wear steel toe safety boots daily.
- You are able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular and repetitive basis.
- All applicants must be legally able to work in the USA
- You must have reliable transportation, as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
- You are willing and able to work overtime occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production on the shift ensuring that deliverables, targets, and key metrics are managed and successfully achieved.
- Manage and monitor safety, quality, and productivity. Make recommendations to improve efficiencies, improve quality and minimize production costs.
- Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure continuous flow of production.
- Troubleshoot problems and pro-actively communicate issues requiring escalation to prevent or minimize impacts to the operation.
- Supervise up to 20 direct reports while promoting the Company's Culture by Design.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and overall support to Production Workers in a constructive and respectful manner.
- Embrace, implement, and reinforce a continuous improvement (Lean) mindset with all employees with a goal to continuously improve operations.
- Lead by example and encourage employees to do the same, enforce company policies and procedures when needed.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse ensuring that all employees do their part to keep the facility clean and organized.
- Liaise extensively on the production floor in order to build commitment, foster open communication between all parties and ensure that shift changeover transitions are smooth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
