3rd shift: 11:00PM - 7:00AM Sunday - Thursday (shift premium of $2.00)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Production Packer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Responsible for Packaging activities in assembly and packaging areas, including packing finished products on pallets as specified on slitting or sheeting orders, moving inventory, and/or loading trucks as necessary for storage, shipping or production needs

+ Understand and follow department General Standard Operating Procedures (GSOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Product Standards, Process Standards and Test Standards as required

Counts or weighs items as required, check quality of items according to visual standards

Understand and follow lot numbering systems and component segregation

Safely operate PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) in a variety of work environments, around pedestrians, congested areas, etc.

Know and follow DOT, EPA specifications concerning handling, transporting and storage of hazardous waste

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Six (6) months of manufacturing experience

Basic math, able to count quickly and correctly

Ability to multi-task

Attention to detail

Work Location: Onsite ? Medina, Ohio

Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The starting rate of pay for this position is $19.39 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
