Production Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises salaried personnel, directing manufacturing operations within area of responsibility. Scope of responsibility includes:

+ (A) Processing raw materials through production and assembly operations.

+ (B) Ensuring adherence to production schedules, expediting production, controlling the flow of material, maintain controlled accounts of production in process and end products produced to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production.

+ (C) Ensuring that all employees are directed in firm,

fair and consistent manner and that a safe and highly productive environment is maintained at all times.

+ (D) Conduct area inspections to ensure that a safe and harmonious work environment is provided.

+ Responsible and accountable for ensuring all safety standards are observed and maintained at all times.

Requirements

5-10 years of leadership experience.

+ 10+ years of manufacturing background in the production area.
