Production Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a well-known American cosmetics company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team for 3rd Shift. Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery in the Production areas.

Location: Blaine, MN.

Pay: $25-$30hr

Shift: Sun-Thurs, 11pm-7:30am

What's the Job?

Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on plant equipment and machinery.

Work directly with employees to develop efficient, effective setups, changeovers and operation of equipment.

Assist line personnel in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Maintains, installs, operates, sets up, and tests all types of plant equipment.

Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and understand the concept and follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.

What's Needed?

Strong English ability ? understanding, reading, writing and speaking

Experience with automation applications in an industrial manufacturing setting.

High School Diploma or its equivalent; and an associate degree in a related maintenance field

Ability to stand and walk majority of an 8-hour shift

Ability to perform physical movements (push and pull 40-pounds)
