Job Description

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on first shift!

Production Associate Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Role Functions:

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Requirements

Ability to use measurement tools accurately

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals

Ability to multi-task

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to read, write and speak in English

Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour
