Requirements

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager for Smart Cleaning. This role focuses on robotic vacuum cleaners and other smart cleaning products. We expect candidates to have 3+ years of successful experience in product development and management, especially in smart home or home appliance categories. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the research, definition, and execution of innovative smart cleaning products for the global market.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of new smart cleaning products from the ground up from initial research and concept design to final launch. You will work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to define and deliver competitive, user-centered products. Your work will help build a more convenient, intelligent, and cleaner living environment for millions of families around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research into household cleaning scenarios across various regions.

Identify real user needs and transform them into innovative product features.

2. Competitive Analysis:

Study and summarize competitor product features.

Provide in-depth comparisons and insights to guide product differentiation.

3. Technology Research and Innovation:

Explore new technologies (e.g. navigation, suction, mopping, self-cleaning).

Apply relevant innovations to improve user experience and product performance.

4. Product Definition and Roadmap Planning:

Define product requirements and specifications based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.

Assist in planning product roadmap and managing product lifecycle.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, UX, industrial design, and operations.

Communicate clearly about product goals, value propositions, and priorities.

6. Sales and Operations Support:

Work with the sales team to prepare go-to-market plans.

Gather and analyze post-launch feedback for continuous product improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with robotic vacuum cleaners, cleaning appliances, or smart home devices.
• Hands-on understanding of product technologies such as mapping/navigation, motor/suction systems, or app.
• A passion for creating smarter and cleaner homes through innovative products.
