Position Overview

The Business Analyst will focus on market research, analyzing trends in the e-commerce, consumer market, and logistics sectors. This role involves structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work effectively with diverse teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a solid ability to collaborate in a flexible environment.

Requirements

Logistics Service Design & Optimization:

• Assist in designing customer-centric logistics service products, including last-mile delivery, customized delivery solutions, and time-sensitive services.
• Analyze existing service processes, propose optimization suggestions, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Development:

• Understand customer business models and logistics needs to uncover potential service demands.
• Develop product development plans and implementation strategies based on customer requirements and market dynamics.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Collect and analyze logistics industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor service strategies to support product innovation.
• Evaluate service demands in different regions and assist in developing region-specific logistics products.

Cross-Department Coordination & Project Management:

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of logistics service products.
• Monitor the development and launch progress of services, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

• Track operational data of logistics service products to evaluate performance and customer satisfaction.
• Create improvement plans to optimize service network coverage and resource allocation.

Requirements

Industry Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a focus on last-mile delivery or cross-border logistics preferred.
• Experience in service product design or management is an advantage.

Skills:

• Familiarity with logistics services (e.g., last-mile delivery, warehousing, courier networks) and operational processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize logistics service products based on operational data.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics management systems (e.g., TMS, OMS) is a plus.

• Customer-focused, with keen insight into customer needs and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, playing a key role in cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with outstanding project management skills.
• Language: Fluency in English /Chinese (mandatory);
