Product Liability Litigation Associate Product Liability Litigation Associate Location: Chicago, IL Firm: Barnes & Thornburg LLP The Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate to join its team. Job Requirements: 2?4 years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm Experience defending clients in Illinois state court (required) and Federal court (preferred) Preferred background includes work involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or other consumer-facing products Proficient in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, court hearings, trial preparation and/or trial participation (a plus) Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills Strong academic credentials Ideal Candidates Will: Be highly motivated to join an active trial practice Demonstrate initiative and a readiness to take ownership of client matters Possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a large, collaborative team environment Be admitted to the Illinois bar (required) About the Firm: Barnes & Thornburg LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with 23 offices nationwide. Salary: The base salary range for this position is $225,000 ? $295,000 (commensurate with experience) Barnes & Thornburg currently offers a comprehensive benefit package, including health and life insurance, 401k/Roth, and paid time off.
