As a Product Inquiry Specialist, you will assist customers by answering inquiries about our exquisite jewelry products, providing detailed information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Handle customer inquiries regarding our product range through various communication channels, including email and chat.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about product specifications, availability, and features.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by understanding their preferences and needs.
• Document customer interactions to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to develop your expertise in our product offerings and luxury retail practices.

Requirements
