Product Inquiry Specialist

The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Product Inquiry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our luxurious jewelry range. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and fostering a positive customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and eager to share our product knowledge with clients.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product information, availability, and specifications through various online platforms.
• Guide customers through their purchasing journey by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable options.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on product features and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our collections and the luxury retail market.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve service processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong desire to help customers and provide top-notch service.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online communication tools effectively.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning about luxury jewelry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive remote team.
