Product Analyst

The AI Product Analyst will maintain and improve the performance of PhotoShelter's AI products by sourcing and labeling datasets, gathering feedback from customers and working closely with the PSAI team to implement enhancements to our suite of AI products.

• Manage player rosters and face anchor images; add, update and remove players and teams.
• Proactively monitor key updates for sports and teams we serve, including but not limited to team branding changes, major player transfers and other significant events
• Partner with third party vendor to arrange for labeling of new images and validating results of labeling
• Trigger new model build from LabelStudio, ensuring our AI models improve over time with new datasets
• Build and maintain base truth data sets and report out accuracy metrics to product owners and management
• Monitor customer-corrected AI tags to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support new customer onboarding efforts where needed
• Support key live events by monitoring auto tagging and manually adding tags where necessary

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience
• An interest in data science and willing to learn and apply new skills and tools
• Skills in organizing data and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to understand business needs and evaluate trade-offs between performance and user requirements
• Strong research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical information for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

• You're a sports fanatic
• Have AI Knowledge, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Hands-on experience with AI model evaluation and troubleshooting
