Requirements

Job Description :-

• Ensure smooth production running, focus on localization
• Ensure processes and procedures which are strictly followed in Secheron.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clear understanding of purchasing requirements.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and reports on procurement activities.
• Manage procurement staff and provide training and development opportunities.

Mandatory Skills :-

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience as a supply chain or procurement Function in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering environment (minimum 10 -15 years)
• Experience of technical, mechanical and electrical drawings, knowledge of electrical panels assembly and engineering technology
• Fluent in English speaking and excellent in reading and writing
