Mortgage Loan Officer

Ternus Lending, LLC is looking for a Loan Officer who will be responsible for originating loans, educating the customers on our unique loan products, identifying potential clients, and nurturing these relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of lender product offerings, guidelines, processes, and systems to guide loans through the lender's Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with property investors to educate them on loan products and understand their goals.
• Liaise with the company and other lenders to stay informed about product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and loan requirements.
• Distribute marketing materials and manage customer qualification analyses.
• Efficiently manage lead database within Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual production goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/residential mortgage lending or equivalent.
• Strong sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Mortgage State Licensing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

• $50,000 base + commission; can expect to make $130,000-150,000 BOE + potential guaranteed commission in first 90 days
