Job Description

The Tampa office of Holland & Knight has an immediate need for a trusts and estates litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience. The Private Wealth Services Group represents individuals, families, charities and financial institutions in cases involving probate and trust disputes, estate and trust administration, breach of fiduciary duty matters, contested guardianships, and elder abuse matters. The candidate must have immediate transferable skills, including but not limited to litigation, courtroom and deposition experience, estate and trust administration experience, and trust, estate, and probate subject matter knowledge. Preferred candidates will have trial experience. Florida Bar Membership required. Holland & Knight?s Tampa office possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its attorneys with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
