Tampa, FL Job Description: Boyd, Richards, Parker, Colonnelli, a civil defense law firm is seeking an experienced and professional full-time associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience working in a defense law firm for its Tampa office. Responsibilities: Managing full case load from case inception to post-trial Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents Preparing reports to insurance carriers regarding case status Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines Ability to meet billing requirements Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ProLaw a plus Qualifications: Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar Benefits: Competitive compensation Health and dental insurance after two months of full-time employment Qualified candidates please submit resumes to recruiting@boydlawgroup.com Contact
