Private Funds Mid-Level Associate

Paul Hastings is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Investment Funds & Private Capital team. This position may reside in New York or Los Angeles, and candidates must have experience in private equity funds, advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and capital raising.
Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required, and candidates must also be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
