Sullivan?s Private Investment Funds & Institutional Investors Group focuses on the needs of private investment fund sponsors and investors at every stage: formation, operation and liquidation. Our attorneys collaborate with other attorneys with deep experience in investment transactions for our fund clients. The group is seeking a third to fifth year associate with experience in working on secondary transactions and/or assisting with investments by institutional investors in private funds and co-investments. The ideal candidate would have familiarity with private fund structures and laws and regulations governing private funds and managers. The candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
