Dechert LLP, a global leader in private equity and corporate transactions, is seeking a talented and driven Private Equity Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in either our New York, Philadelphia or San Francisco office.
Salary is $310,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

- Have a strong background in private equity transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, and portfolio company matters.
- Are skilled in leading deal teams and managing complex transactions from start to finish.
