We are innovating in Retail Speed space, and we tackle enormous technical challenges to ensure rapid, fast delivery.

In Speed Tech, we are innovating both in terms of tech architecture as well as leveraging new technologies. You will be working on a confidential S-team visibility flagship program influencing leaders at all levels. As a TPM, you will be owning the end to end planning, execution and launch of this program that spans across orgs within Retail. This role provides you the opportunity to think big in terms of strategy as well as significantly impact the tech and business bottomline

The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products or services in a very high growth environment. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology. Qualified candidates have experience defining programs, mapping product requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross functional and cross organizational programs, and successfully delivering complex programs at high scale.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience

10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

7+ years of technical program management experience

5+ years of software development experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
