Job Description
Location: Remote - United States - EST Hours
Terms: Permanent, Direct-Hire Role
Salary: Starts at $150,000 per year
Tech Stack:
React (Priority), C#, SQL, Microsoft Stack
Must Haves:
Exposure to Pharma, CRO, or life sciences platforms.
True Full Stack Developer
Strong React experience ? must be confident in building and maintaining scalable React components.
C# & SQL ?experienced in .NET 8 and backend development.
Architecture & Design Experience ? ability to define patterns and best practices.
Leadership & Mentorship ? prior experience guiding and mentoring teams.
Experience in Regulated Environments (GxP, Validation) ? highly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
DevOps/CICD knowledge (pipelines, deployments, automation).
Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
Core Responsibilities:
Lead development efforts in designing and maintaining reusable components for a regulated platform.
Drive technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Mentor and guide the team while remaining hands-on in coding and architecture.
Engage with business stakeholders to shape technical requirements and solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory validation requirements in a pharmaceutical setting.
Candidates should be comfortable working within an established stack rather than overhauling it.
This role involves both hands-on coding and strategic guidance, not just an advisory position.
The team is growing, and this role will help define its future direction.
