Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA) is the umbrella name for Amazon?s suite of physical and digital services that help businesses transport, warehouse, fulfill, deliver, and plan/analyze their movement of goods, inclusive of both on- and off-Amazon volume. With SCA, businesses can offload their full supply chain planning and execution or they can choose to integrate an `a la carte menu of composable supply chain primitives into their existing processes. We already have customers who use SCA services in some form or the other after we announced its launch in Accelerate in 2023. The SCA product team drives vision, strategy, and delivery by working collaboratively across product, engineering, science, finance, business, and operations teams. We unlock new experiences for sellers and game changing features that will shape the future of the way we create value for our supply chain and selling partners.

This role will be responsible defining the vision and implementation strategy for supply chain reliability and seller support. Setting the right measurements and mechanisms to drive improvement across our end to end product suite is critical for success in SCA.

This role is responsible for harnessing our massive set of data and ensuring that sellers have the tools to track inventory and execution across the supply chain. This role is also responsible for building advanced problem solving tools to enable our seller support teams and create solid feedback loops from our customers.

Key job responsibilities

The SCA team is seeking a Principal Product Manager who is analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team-oriented with written and verbal communication skills to drive decisions at the senior executive level. A successful candidate should thrive in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment with a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results. This is a highly visible position, and as a member of the SCA team, you will play a key role in shaping Amazon?s FBA business with the following product management and leadership responsibilities:

Create product vision and roadmap for tools used by third party sellers and enterprise partners

Own Seller facing and internal tools that improve user experience and deliver on input improvement goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
