We're looking for an experienced and visionary Frontend Engineer to lead frontend initiatives and set the direction for next-generation interfaces.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing modern web applications. With over 15 years of experience, you will be expected to bring a deep understanding of frontend technologies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with design and product teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and highly responsive user interfaces.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement high-quality user experiences.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to frontend team members.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous innovation.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on usability and performance.
• Drive the adoption of modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and automation pipelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks like React.js , Angular , or Vue.js .
• Strong experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Proven experience in architecting large-scale frontend systems.
• Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and debugging tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, etc.).
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices, and security principles for web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Material UI, etc.).
• Experience with TypeScript and server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Background in contributing to open-source projects or speaking at tech conferences.
