Primary Care Physician Assistant

Aspire Medical Staffing is looking for a Primary Care Physician Assistant to provide services at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.

LOCATION:

• Fayetteville VA Medical Center
• 7300 Raeford Road, Fayetteville NC, 28304.

COMPENSATION OPTIONS:

• up to: $85/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioners not accepted
• Certifications: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and current BLS from AHA.
• Licensure: Current, full, and unrestricted licenses in one or more states
• Education: Graduation from a physician assistant educational program and accredited by the Accreditation Review Committee on Education from the Physician Assistant its predecessors, at a college, university or educational institution that is accredited by an accrediting body or organization recognized by the US Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained
• Experience: 5 years of experience within the past 5 years in Primary Care
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories
Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide patient education on preventive healthcare practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Collaborate with specialists for complex cases
