Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - AGNP to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of common acute and chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and other treatments
