Who We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a loving, creative, and dependable Preschool Teacher (toddler teacher) who is passionate about early childhood education. If you thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and upbeat environment where laughter and learning go hand in hand, you'll feel right at home at Blue Harbor.

What You'll Do:

Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and engaging, hands-on activities

Build a classroom environment full of warmth, curiosity, and encouragement

Communicate with families and share daily updates using the Procare app

Monitor developmental milestones and help children thrive

Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional growth

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive experience

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Requirements

DCF 45 hours completed (or in progress)

First Aid & CPR certification

CDA preferred (but not required)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A genuine love for working with young children
