Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager

We are currently looking for a Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for projects, ensuring that all systems function properly and meet the required specifications before handover to the client.

• Lead and manage the pre-commissioning and commissioning process across multiple projects while adhering to project plans and schedules.
• Develop detailed commissioning and pre-commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure effective execution of tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Supervise the execution of commissioning activities, ensuring that systems are tested, operated and functioning according to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the commissioning phase to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on commissioning progress and compliance for project management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all commissioning operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and commissioning engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning in , construction, or energy sectors.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of commissioning processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards relevant to the industry.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
