Role Overview We?re looking for an experienced?Power Platform / Copilot Studio Developer?to lead the creation of innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new healthcare solutions. In this role, you?ll be responsible for building applications and AI-powered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You?ll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.

This opportunity is under a Self-Employed/Independent Contractor model, with long-term contract.

• Lead the design and development of PoCs using?Microsoft Power Platform?tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Build and optimize AI-powered Agents in?Copilot Studio, ensuring deep integration with?Microsoft Teams?and other MS apps.
• Integrate solutions with?Azure?services for scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proven expertise in MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
• Strong experience with building and integrating Agents in Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver PoCs quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating with US-based teams.
