Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Yonkers, NY location.

Shifts Available: 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

MUST BE LOCAL TO: Yonkers, NY

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.

• Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas

Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
• Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
