Pool Attendant- Club Operations-Day Club

About the Role

The Club Operations Pool Attendant is responsible for guest safety in pool and pool areas.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the beach and pool amenities and services.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance of the pool areas
• Assist in monitoring and adjusting pool chemicals as required.
• Assist in maintaining and communicating any equipment deficiencies in the pool areas.
• Responsible for replenishing guest towel supply and removal of soiled towels.
• Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, promoting positive guest's relations.
• Promote and distribute guest amenities and products as requested.
• Ensure safety is a priority

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours.
• Must be able to withstand weather related high temperatures and sun
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Physically capable of using the required equipment and/or tools specific to position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills

• Experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
