Job Description
$100,000 - $250,000+ a year. Hourly + highest Performance Pay in the industry + Bonuses and incentives.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
- Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
- Provide multiple options to customer in the form of "Good, Better, Best"
- Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution
Requirements
- 2+ more years of residential plumbing experience is preferred
- Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement
- MUST have a valid California driver's license & clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
