E-commerce Junior Coordinator

CALPAK is seeking an Ecommerce Junior Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the online growth of this expanding company. Your analytical, strategic approach and innovation will be key to your success. This individual will work cross-functionally with many facets of the organization and partner closely with all departments. Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, update, and monitor CALPAK products across all channels
• Assist in implementing launches, sales and promotions, partnering with cross functional teams as necessary
• Schedule and prepare website themes with updated assets and messaging
• Assist with website QA, identify issues and help oversee resolution
• Work with the development team to resolve the minor issues on website
• Assist in optimizing customer acquisition and customer experience through SEO and Digital/ Marketing initiatives
• Site merchandising, keeping seasonality and promotion periods in mind, as well as improvements to site navigation and onsite search

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years' experience in E-commerce with DTC company
• 2+ years' experience with Shopify Plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite Apps
• Understanding of Ecommerce apps (ex. Gorgias, Loop or Narvar Returns, Loyalty/ Referral Programs, Reviews Platforms)
• Not required but preferred: experience in working on basic tickets with the development team
• Passionate about problem-solving and improving the customer's experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and extremely detail oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and self-motivated team player
• Avid online shopper
