Pizza Cook

Here at Tween Waters Resort & Spa on Captiva Island, our pizza kitchen adds even more choices to our guest experiences!! Duties:

Prepare and cook pizzas from scratch according to specific recipes and customer requests
Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
Assist with catering orders and special events as required
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Experience:

Previous experience as a pizza cook or similar is preferred but we will train the right person
Knowledge of pizza dough stretching, topping application, and baking techniques pan advantage
Familiarity with various pizza types, toppings, and flavors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
